Once your order is authorized and verified, we’ll send you a confirmation email and start preparing it. We take great care to ensure fast delivery to our customers. You can expect to receive your shipping information email within 1 to 3 business days after your order is processed.
How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Rainbeo will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
For orders totaling US $400 or less, we typically use USPS for shipping, and you can expect to receive your products within 5-10 business days from the order date.
Orders totaling US $400 or more will be shipped via express logistics providers like DHL and UPS, ensuring delivery within 3-7 business days from the order date.
Usually, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. Keep in mind that this timeframe does not include holidays or weekends.
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com to request an order cancellation before 07:00 PM (EST) on the same day the order was placed. Remember to provide your order number and contact information when making the request.
If your package is already in transit, we won’t be able to cancel the order for you. In such cases, we suggest selecting “Reject” when you receive a delivery call for your package. Once we receive the returned package, we will proceed to cancel your order within 1-2 working days.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information for your order.
If you haven’t received this notification or if you encounter any issues with the tracking number, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will promptly assist you.
