Returns and Refunds

At Rainbeo, we promise to deliver top-quality, cost-effective home security camera products that meet your safety needs. We understand that returns or refunds may be necessary at times, and we strive to make this process as straightforward as possible. Take a moment to review our policies for easy steps on returning or refunding your purchase and the conditions for eligibility.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The Rainbeo Security: To be eligible for a return of security camera, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in new condition – and it must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included.
Please note that we do not accept returns for cameras with damaged exteriors. You may open the packaging of the Rainbeo Camera and test its functionality without damaging any accessories or the packaging to assess if the product meets your expectations.


2. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at  support@rainbeo.com, please mention your order number in the subject line and specify the reason for your refund request in the email. We will respond within 24 hours of receipt of the consumer’s email (excluding weekends). 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Usually within 1-2 business days)

  1.  If it is a product quality problem(damaged or missing parts), customers need to take photos or record small videos and then email us: support@rainbeo.com. We support resending new products or a full refund. The resending time of the new product is the same as the normal delivery time. The full refund will be returned to the customer within 3 business days.
  2. If the product described does not match the actual situation, please contact us for the original postal address. If the customer is not clear, you can contact us by email at support@rainbeo.com.


3. Late or missing refunds
Before reaching out for assistance, take another look at your bank account to see if the refund has been processed.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you sent a product back to us which was not approved for a return by our customer service won’t be refunded. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@rainbeo.com

4. NEVER ARRIVED

If the product has not been received for more than 30 days, please contact our support team: support@rainbeo.com, we will give you a full refund (sometimes due to the epidemic, the delivery time will be extended), or return your order 15% of the amount as compensation.

5. DAMAGED And Wrong Product

Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival and make a note of any damage when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos and a brief description of the damage to support@rainbeo.com within 24 hours. We will process an insurance claim for you. Please report any exterior damage within 24 hours.

6. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@rainbeo.com 

7. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

8. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

9. EXCLUSIONS

Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and store credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders.
